Jakarta (ANTARA) – PT JakLingko Indonesia won two awards at the 2022 TOP GRC Awards for successfully implementing governance, risk and compliance management in carrying out business activities. The GRC (governance, risk and compliance) award aims to assess the implementation of governance, risk and compliance, which this time was attended by hundreds of companies from BUMN, BUMD, private sector and banking.
"The TOP GRC Awards are presented to all JakLingko Indonesia people, JakLingko Indonesia users, our shareholders, and to all parties who continue to support the smooth running of JakLingko Indonesia programs in providing services to the community," said the President Director of PT JakLingko Indonesia Muhamad Kamaluddin in an official statement in Jakarta, Wednesday.
PT JakLingko Indonesia won awards in the categories TOP GRC Awards 2022 #4 Stars (Four Stars) and The Most Committed GRC Leader 2022 which was given specifically to the President Director of PT JakLingko Indonesia Muhamad Kamaluddin. During the judging process which lasted three months, JakLingko was assessed as having a complete GRC system and infrastructure and fulfilling the implementation of "Good Corporate Governance" (GCG), or good corporate governance, risk management and compliance management, thereby making a positive contribution. Kamaluddin explained that PT JakLingko Indonesia is the only DKI Jakarta BUMD joint venture subsidiary that received the Top GRC in 2022. Even though it is relatively young, the company's commitment to implementing good and reliable governance has been carried out from the start to produce maximum performance during the pandemic. JakLingko Indonesia's commitment is also demonstrated through its contribution to Indonesia's Chairmanship of the G20 by presenting the Multimodal Transport Payment Integration exhibition during the Indonesian Digital Economy Festival (FEKDI) held by Bank Indonesia in Bali in conjunction with the Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governor Meeting in Bali in July 2022. Still in the G20 series, PT JakLingko Indonesia has also just supported the U20 Mayors Summit Meeting program in Jakarta at the end of August 2022.
PT JakLingko Indonesia itself is a joint venture company of four central and regional synergistic entities in the transportation sector, namely PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda), PT Jakarta Propertindo (Perseroda), PT Transportation Jakarta (TransJakarta), and PT Moda Integration Transport Jabodetabek (MITJ).
